I have the Garnier micellar water with the pink cap and use Almay eye makeup removing pads if I have heavy or waterproof eye makeup. I like the Garnier micellar water as much as Bioderma and more than Simple or Clarins (Clarins is the worst). I usually follow up with a mild AHA/BHA toner, then vitamin C serum and moisturizer.

this micellar water removes make up very well but i think its more stronger than the other garnier micellar water ,it will sting my eyes a little bit and cause my skin redness just after using it ,but it disappeared soon and i think its because it cleans your skin more deeply and aiming at reducing acne as well .
