Original Xbox games work on all versions of the console, but the Xbox One and Xbox One S run the games at 4-times the resolution while the Xbox One X can play them at 16-times the resolution.
Not only that, the original xbox felt like a massive step up graphically over gamecube and especially ps2, whereas the 360 felt on par with ps3 or slightly worse when looking at exclusives. The bad news: The option only works on new, high-end televisions Dear Sir/Madam, Guilty Gear X2 [tag:Reload] is a supported backwards-compatible original Xbox game, so therefore I believe that a bad disk is most likely the reason why that game is not running on your Xbox 360. returning the disk and purchasing a new copy should rectify the problem. If you have an official Xbox 360 hard drive that is either 20gb or 60gb (White Xbox 360), 120gb (Elite), 250gb (Super Elite or S), 320gb (S limited edition or separately bought) orginal xbox games will work as long as they are listed on the compatibility list.
Then grab any modern HDD (< 2TB) along with a StarTech IDE>SATA adapter and 80wire IDE cable. Setup the HDD with OG Xbox Installer (if the DVD drive works) otherwise set up the HDD using your PC and FatXplorer and the OG Xbox Installer Files (for FatXplorer/XBoxHDM) - toss the HDD into the Xbox and enjoy. No point in worrying about HDDs or DVD
110. Sin$. 0. Hi all just been reading somewhere that they were 950 games release for original Xbox just wondered if any modder out there has install these games on the Xbox hard drive. If so how big had drive do you have and exactly how many games have you got on there. Just asking as I want to try it myself and wondered if others have done it.
Backward-compatible original Xbox games don't always work or look better when played on an Xbox 360. Some have new glitches, graphical problems, frame-rate issues, or other quirks that degrade the quality of the gameplay and that weren't seen with the OG Xbox.
