This locks then immediately re-opens all locks - and the rear door opened with it, and no problems since. The suggestion from my garage Citraulix was to use a long, sharp screwdriver to chip away the lock's white casing from the inside, then fiddle with any levers found within, so it opens. Unscrew the cap off rear upper corner door panel locks. These don't have a rod attaching them to the handle and unscrew separately from the door handle. Pop the door panel off after you've removed everything. Gently pry on the bottom edge of the door panel until it releases. Pull out and up to completely remove the door panel.

Mainly you just remove that white plastic thing, it's just protection, (the bolts are on the opening face of the door itself). You need to clip the metal rod out of it, and you're away. Here's what you need: The two little bolts remove the white plastic thing, the large three torx heads get the actual locking mech off.
