Ihave been doing 20-hour fasts daily for the last 4 weeks now. I have no trouble at all with hunger. I don't feel it at all and I don't go nuts with food after I break my fast. I have a lot of self-control. The mental clarity I get from fasting is just amazing. It is helping me a lot with meditation and has been a great gift in my work.
