RTX Remix will NEVER be that as it's a very involved modding tool for advanced users. Unless you know how game engines work and game development in general you're not going to get far with this. There is immense amounts of feedback going back forth between NVIDIA and modders to get the most obscure games working with RTX Remix.

So you have to select FSE mode in the developer settings. This might cause boot and scaling issues. So to force Exclusive Fullscreen without launching the game, create a file named rtx.conf next to the exe and add "rtx.allowFSE = True" command in it. This will launch games just like before. Seems like latest RTX Remix files from Portal update breaks or causes bugs in my THPS3 setup and also makes Midnight Club 2 crashed when loading to game; previous version did not. Good thing I still have previous remix version kept in other games and might have to put as backup for now.
